Designing and deploying an automated chat assistant via Intercom
I used persona analysis, storyboarding, and summative research to build an AI assistant that addressed common user questions.
Facilitating user research workshops to gather quantitative user data
I interviewed 8 users of one of Evisions' most adopted products - not only designing the focus group experience and building a product advisory team, but coding the data into actionable insights using a little data science.
Building an Ethos-based data connection tool for a new release
I worked alongside software engineers and product managers to build new features for Evisions' Multi-Application Platform Server.
